The One World Many Hearts Project
The One World Many Hearts project One World Many Hearts is part of a larger effort in conjunction with the Off the Mat Into The World Seva Challenge to raise money and Awareness for the Cambodia Children's Fund. The CCF was founded in 2003 by Scott Neeson whose life changed when he witnessed the desperate circumstances and unlikely courage of Phnom Penh's most abused and deserted children.
This program rescues the majority of children from Phnom Penh's notorious garbage dump where they rummage through trash in hopes of finding recyclable items to sell as income for their families. CCF rescues these neglected children and provides them with comprehensive healthcare, education /vocational training and the basic public services we in America so often take for granted.
But that is not enough. A group of yoga leaders (myself included) will travel to Cambodia to work and connect with these amazing children, and in turn change their lives and our lives forever.
