Dear Potential World Changer, 

    Shortly after I committed myself to this effort by taking the Seva Challenge and pledging to raise $20,000 I was amazed at how doors began to open and connections started to form. Often when I would tell someone what I was doing it would spark their creativity and I would watch in awe as their talents and gifts poured out while they explained how they could help me. I am delighted at how as a result of my commitment I have discovered a whole other side to myself that I now love and cherish.  And I am mesmerized at how this blessed Universe continues to give me signs that not only was my choice to do this the right one but that this is going to be greater than I could have ever anticipated.

And then I stop and think and realize that I shouldn't be that amazed. This is what I talk about in almost every yoga class I teach. When we put our hearts in something we are passionate about we open up to this tremendous potential just waiting to be discovered. And when something is right it will blossom so beautifully it becomes breathtaking.

Originally I committed to this to help a cause I felt was of great importance but quickly I realized that from this so much more can happen. A community right in our backyard can be created, connections can be made that will not only help this greater cause but will also create a shift in the way we view ourselves and each other. I see it happening in my own life and I want as many people as possible to be a part of it. It is through helping others that we can discover our compassion, our love and our humility and from these revelations light a fire in others to do the same.

There are several ways you can be a part of this movement. One is by making a donation to the Off the Mat Into the World Seva Challenge Fund. Your donation with help me get closer to my goal of raising $20,000 which will allow me to go to Cambodia for two weeks to help some of the most neglected children in the world. Ninety percent of your donation will go directly to the Cambodia Children's Fund, so together we will be making a difference in the lives of these impoverished children. All donations are tax deductable and you will receive confirmation of your donation within one week of making it.

All of these steps must be followed for the donation to go through.

Once you have done this and hit continue, you will see the confirmation page which will confirm the amount of your donation to the ENGAGE NETWORK. (eg. $100 to the Engage Newtwork) This is correct as the Engage Nework runs the Seva Challenge.
